Project Management
Objective: To plan and control all stages of the complete sets of equipment, skid-mounted equipment and modules undertaken by the company, to ensure the implementation process and results of the project can meet customer needs, and accord with the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, norms and standards, to promote occupational health and safety, product and process energy conservation and consumption reduction.
Scope: Applicable to the whole process of project execution of complete set of equipment, skid-mounted equipment,modules, and large tank (100T or above).
Project Structure：
Management mode: The project management system adopts matrix management, horizontal functional department management and vertical project management. The project manager has the right to examine and verify all members of the project team, and all members of the project team should obey the management of the project manager in the project.
