Since the establishment of the company, adhering to the principle of "improvement of innovation, manufacturing high-quality goods", we build continuous improve and strictly follow the quality management system, the constant pursuit of higher quality objectives.
For the purpose of "service customer’s needs, make customer’s satisfaction", we set “always provide customer with satisfactory and reliable products and services” as our pursuant goal, and implement the company management philosophy of "full-staff participation, full-process management". The company strictly implements related procedures which were built according to the requirements of system file decomposition, to ensure that the QC in whole project execution process.
Regards to the design, procurement and subcontractor management, the company established a sound quality system, provide suggestion and guidance to its quality requirements and process control, and regular perform the on-site audit on suppliers to monitor and verify the progress and quality of the supplier, at the same time, through regular training of employees and interested parties to ensure that they have a good understanding of the importance of the company's quality assurance and the necessity to follow the production standards. In the after-sale tracking service, the company established a perfect after-sales service system to ensure that we can timely and proactive feedback to the needs of customers.
Safety, health and environmental management system (SHE system)
As the company's theme, Safety, Health and Environmental Protection not only are inevitable requirement of ensuring the smooth operation of the project and sustained, stable ,healthy development of company , it can also lay a good foundation for avoiding potential environmental pollution risk in future. So whenever and wherever, each person in SANTACC has its duty and responsibility to strictly abide by the SHE requirements.
The company always emphasizes the principle of "people-oriented, health and safety", establishes and adheres to the management concept of "full-staff participation, full-process management, managing enterprise by law, continuous improvement", sets the “environmental protection, social responsibility" as our goal, builds a good corporate culture , to improve the security awareness of full staff, so that operational risk is effectively controlled.
