Nut shell filter (NSF)

After several years of development and application, nut shell filter developed by our SANTACC is with quite mature theoretical and practical experience. Its internal structure, anti-corrosion technology and control method have been greatly improved and optimized.

Application: widely used in treatment of clean water, wastewater, seawater in onshore and offshore fields.

Features:

-Nut shell as filtering media, which is with strong decontamination ability.

-Mixing with water and backwashing, the filter material is completely recycling use.

-Multiple tanks can be connected in parallel to meet the demands of large flowing throughout.

-It can be connected in two stages to meet the requirements of high precision water quality.

-With manual, single-step and fully automatic switching and various abnormal alarms and self-lock protection for maintenance, operating safely and reliably.

Technical Parameters:

-Design pressure: 0.6—2.0Mpa.

-Design temperature 100℃

-Pre-filtration water quality requirements:

Suspended solids content: ≤50mg/L

Oil content≤100mg/L

-Water quality after filtration

Suspended solids content ≤30mg/L

Oil content: ≤8mg/L

Dual media filter

Fiber Ball Filter

The fiber ball filter is used for water treatment equipment. Application: used for water treatment of water source well in various oil fields.
